MINOAN LINEAR A
Language is universal in our species, with about 500,000 languages spoken in human history and between 6,000 and 8,000 vital today. Imagine that! Linear A is a writing system that was used by the Minoans of Crete from 1800 to 1450 BC, and to this day remains undeciphered. The ribbon of undulating black and light blue tile bits spell out in binary code, “Linear A has not been deciphered”.
