Here are some mosaic design ideas for anyone interested in an artistic mosaic backsplash of glass or tile for your kitchen. The ones that aren't installation images are due to clients not sending them! I loved working on this lobster mosaic backsplash. I wasn't sure how to do the background but it evolved on its own and is one of my favorite parts.

I received an interesting request for a mosaic - this beautiful platter was en route to a new home in CA ( moving from Boston) and the moving truck was caught in Hurricane Irene. Truck contents were severely damaged, including this poor platter. The owner asked if I could make a mosaic with the pieces and below is that creation. I really like the outcome!
