Mosaic Public Art Commission, Step by Step

This page describes the process of commissioning a mosaic for a percent for art competition in Lauderhill, Fl for their history museum. The original call for art went out in November of 2013, and was termed a 'fast track' project !!!! Fast forward 2 years,  the mosaic is installed and everyone is pleased with the results.
