Goodyear Photo by Greg Premru, Greg Premru Photography Another school project in Woburn, this one for the brand new and absolutely beautiful Goodyear School, designed by Brooke Trivas of Tappe Associates, Inc. Our theme was Woburn landmarks, Massachusetts landmarks, US and then world landmarks. A few within view above include Easter Island, the Sydney Opera House and Statue of Liberty. Students in grades k-5 made the drawings and then worked on the mosaics for 2 weeks in June of 2011. Lee Oldenburg was my indomitable assistant, it was a terrific project from start to finish! Hats off also to Marie LeCour for all her support and never flagging positive energy.
