Three Arch Bay is located near Laguna Beach, California. The client sent a few jpegs via email and a great web site that features 3 Arch Bay in many historical post cards. My challenge was to create a sense of volume and keep the shadowed areas interesting.I portrayed the rock in ceramic and the water and sky in the more reflective vitreous glass.
